Continental US: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States (excluding HI, AK, PR, and OR).
Remote US & Canada: For shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Oregon, or islands requiring ferry transport, additional freight fees apply. Please contact us for a quote before ordering.
International Shipping: We proudly ship globally! Fees depend on the destination and crate size. Please reach out for a custom shipping quote prior to placing your order.
Before shipping, we will contact you to verify your details. For custom tables, you will also receive a CAD drawing for approval. Please note: We cannot ship your order until we receive your final confirmation, so a prompt reply will help avoid delays.
In-Stock Tables: Expect 15-20 business days for refinishing, QA, and packaging, plus 3-5 business days for transit. Estimated total: 25-40 business days.
Custom Tables: Production begins after CAD approval. Allow 37-53 business days for crafting, QA, and packing, plus 3-7 business days for transit. Estimated total: 40-60 business days.
(Note: Peak season volume may cause slight delays.)
We partner with trusted carriers like DHL and FedEx. To prevent transit damage, every table is heavily protected with reinforced Styrofoam and encased in a heavy-duty plywood crate.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your crate leaves our workshop. Please allow a few days for the tracking link to update in the carrier’s system.
