Payment Methods
EpoxyTableLab uses Shopify’s secure checkout system to process online payments.
Customers can review the full order total, applicable taxes, available payment methods, and other applicable charges before completing payment
The payment methods available for a specific order are displayed directly during checkout.
Accepted Payment Methods
EpoxyTableLab accepts major credit and debit cards supported through our Shopify checkout.
Depending on availability, customers may be able to pay using:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Other card types supported and displayed at checkout
We may also offer supported digital payment methods through Shopify, such as:
- Shop Pay
- Shop Pay Installments, when available to eligible customers
- Other digital wallet or payment options displayed at checkout
The payment options shown during checkout are the payment methods currently available for your order.
Availability may vary depending on the customer’s location, device, order value, payment provider, and eligibility.
Order Total and Charges
All product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD)
Before submitting an order, customers will be able to review the applicable order total and any taxes or other charges that apply to the transaction.
We do not intentionally add undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been submitted.
If a charge or payment requirement applies to an order, it will be disclosed during checkout, on the applicable product or policy page, or as part of an agreed custom-order arrangement before the customer becomes obligated to pay it.
Secure Payment Processing
Online payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers.
Payment information is transmitted through a secure checkout environment using industry-standard security protections.
EpoxyTableLab does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.
Payment information may be processed and stored by Shopify or the applicable payment provider according to their own security and privacy practices.
Payment Authorization
An order is successfully placed after the required payment has been authorized and an order confirmation has been issued.
Payment authorization may occasionally be declined, delayed, or subject to additional verification by:
- The customer’s bank
- Card issuer
- Shopify
- The applicable payment provider
If payment cannot be successfully authorized, the order may not be processed until the payment issue is resolved.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Most EpoxyTableLab products are made to order.
Production will begin after the required payment and all necessary order information have been completed.
Depending on the product, required information may include:
- Product dimensions
- Wood selection
- Epoxy color or style
- Base or leg selection
- Finish
- Other customization details
Customers should review all order details carefully before confirming a custom order.
If any additional payment requirement applies to a custom order, the amount, timing, and applicable conditions will be communicated to the customer before the additional payment becomes due.
Installment Payments
Eligible customers may be offered installment payment options through Shop Pay or another supported payment provider.
Installment availability, approval, payment schedules, financing terms, interest or fees, if applicable, are determined by the applicable payment provider and will be shown to the customer before completing the transaction.
EpoxyTableLab does not determine or guarantee eligibility or approval for installment financing.
Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention
For customer and business security, some transactions may require additional verification.
We may contact a customer if additional information is reasonably required to confirm payment authorization or order validity.
Orders involving unauthorized, fraudulent, or unverifiable payments may be canceled.
If an order is canceled by EpoxyTableLab because payment cannot be verified and payment has already been captured, any applicable refund will be returned according to our refund processing procedures.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
When a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy or Cancellation Policy, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
After EpoxyTableLab processes a refund, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in the customer’s account.
Guest Checkout
Where supported by Shopify and our current store configuration, customers may complete checkout without creating a separate EpoxyTableLab customer account.
The availability of express payment services or saved checkout information may depend on the individual payment provider.
