Warranty
EpoxyTableLab is committed to the quality of our custom wood and epoxy furniture. This limited warranty describes the coverage available for eligible products purchased directly from EpoxyTableLab.
Warranty Coverage Period
Eligible EpoxyTableLab products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to eligible custom-made, made-to-order, and in-stock furniture purchased directly from EpoxyTableLab.
Covered Warranty Issues
During the warranty period, EpoxyTableLab will review claims involving confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defects.
Covered issues may include:
- Manufacturing defects that materially affect the normal use of the product
- Structural defects caused by workmanship
- Premature failure, peeling, or separation of an applied finish or protective coating
- Defective hardware or components supplied with the original product
- Other workmanship-related problems confirmed through our warranty review process
Minor surface cracks, wood movement, or similar conditions may be reviewed individually.
Because solid wood naturally reacts to temperature and humidity, normal expansion, contraction, movement, checking, or other natural changes are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.
How Warranty Claims Are Resolved
If a warranty claim is approved, EpoxyTableLab will determine a reasonable solution based on the nature, severity, and location of the problem.
Available remedies may include:
- Care or repair guidance
- Repair materials
- Replacement hardware or components
- Replacement of an affected part
- Approved local repair assistance
- Product replacement when appropriate
- Partial refund
- Another reasonable remedy
A complete product replacement is not required for every approved warranty claim.
On-site service, installation, removal, disassembly, reinstallation, or other labor is not automatically included unless specifically approved by EpoxyTableLab in writing.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To request warranty assistance, please contact EpoxyTableLab and provide:
- Your order number
- Customer name and contact information
- A clear description of the problem
- Photographs showing the affected area
- Photographs of the overall product when helpful
- Video documentation when useful for evaluating the issue
Please contact us before performing significant repairs, refinishing, sanding, modification, disassembly, or other alterations.
Unauthorized work may make it difficult to determine the original cause of the problem and may affect warranty eligibility.
Conditions Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:
- Improper assembly or installation
- Improper handling or moving
- Accidental impact or physical damage
- Scratches, cuts, dents, stains, burns, or chips
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper storage
- Excessive moisture or humidity
- Excessively dry environmental conditions
- Exposure to excessive heat
- Prolonged direct sunlight or UV exposure
- Hot cookware or other hot objects placed directly on the surface
- Harsh chemicals, solvents, bleach, or abrasive cleaning products
- Unauthorized repairs, refinishing, modifications, or alterations
- Normal wear from regular use
- Damage caused by pets or pests
- Water damage, flooding, fire, natural disasters, or other external events
The warranty also does not cover dissatisfaction with customer-selected or customer-approved specifications, including:
- Dimensions
- Wood selection
- Epoxy color or pattern
- Base or leg style
- Finish
- Edge style
- Other customization options
Natural Wood Variation
Every piece of natural wood has its own characteristics.
Normal variations may include:
- Grain pattern
- Color and tone
- Knots
- Burls
- Mineral streaks
- Live-edge shape
- Natural markings
- Small checks or hairline cracks
- Texture differences
These characteristics are part of natural wood and are not considered defects by themselves.
Wood may also expand, contract, or experience minor movement as temperature and humidity change over time.
Epoxy Resin Variation
Epoxy resin is individually poured, cured, and finished. As a result, slight differences in:
- Color
- Pattern
- Transparency
- Depth
- Swirl
- Visual movement
may occur from one product to another.
Reasonable variations in epoxy appearance are not considered manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by excessive heat, impact, scratching, prolonged UV exposure, chemicals, or improper care is not covered by this warranty.
Recommended Care
To help preserve the appearance and performance of your furniture:
- Keep the product in a reasonably stable indoor environment
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- Avoid extreme humidity or dryness
- Clean with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner
- Wipe spills promptly
- Use coasters and placemats where appropriate
- Use trivets or heat protection under hot objects
- Avoid placing sharp or abrasive items directly on the surface
- Periodically inspect and tighten accessible table-base hardware when appropriate
Damage resulting directly from improper care or maintenance may not qualify for warranty coverage.
Shipping Damage Is Handled Separately
Damage that occurs during transportation is handled under our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy, rather than under this limited warranty.
If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or with another eligible delivery-related issue, please contact EpoxyTableLab within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Please retain the original packaging and protective materials until the issue has been reviewed.
Warranty Eligibility
This limited warranty generally applies to the original purchaser of the product.
Proof of purchase or the original order number may be required when submitting a claim.
This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers or other third parties unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Consumer Rights
This limited warranty is provided in addition to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
