• 1. Spontaneous peeling of the surface paint or protective finish (excluding physical damage).
• 2. Minor, non-structural surface cracks resulting from normal material behavior under standard indoor conditions.
  
  

If your claim is approved, we will provide the following at no cost:

• 1. Necessary repair materials (e.g., hard wax oil, paint, or sealants tailored for wood/resin).
• 2. Required tools and step-by-step guidance for the repair process.
• 3. Remote technical support to help you easily complete minor repairs.
• (Please note: On-site repair services are not included. Your cooperation in performing simple remote-guided repairs is required.)
  
  

This warranty does not cover:

• 1. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, impact, or improper handling during installation.
• 2. Damage resulting from extreme environments (e.g., direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or extreme heat).
• 3. Repairs or modifications made by unauthorized third parties.

Every piece of natural wood is unique. Inherent characteristics such as knots, burls, mineral streaks, color variations, gum lines, or minor end checks are natural hallmarks of the material. They are not considered defects and do not qualify for warranty claims, as they are the very elements that make your handcrafted table one-of-a-kind.

To initiate a claim, please email us at support@epoxytablelab.com with a detailed description of the issue, accompanied by clear photos or videos. Once evaluated, our team will dispatch the appropriate repair kit and instructions.

To preserve your warranty and the beauty of your table, please:

1. 1. Keep the table away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and high humidity.
2. 2. Clean only with pH-neutral agents to protect the finish.
3. 3. Always use coasters or mats; never place hot, sharp, or abrasive items directly on the surface.
