Welcome to EpoxyTableLab. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of epoxytablelab.com and any products, services, content, features, and tools provided through our website.
Throughout these Terms, “EpoxyTableLab,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to EpoxyTableLab. Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility and Account Information
By using our website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence.
When placing an order or submitting information through our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping information, and payment details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your use of our website.
2. Our Products
EpoxyTableLab specializes in custom and made-to-order wood and epoxy furniture.
Many of our products are individually produced according to selected or confirmed specifications such as:
- Table dimensions
- Wood selection or characteristics
- Resin color
- Edge and corner styles
- Surface finish
- Table base
- Other available customization options
Because natural wood is unique, variations in grain, color, knots, mineral markings, live-edge contours, texture, and other natural characteristics are expected.
Epoxy resin may also vary in color tone, transparency, pattern, depth, and visual movement.
These natural and handcrafted variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product’s function or substantially differ from the confirmed order specifications.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, actual appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, natural materials, and the handmade nature of the product.
3. Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all selected or confirmed specifications before an order moves into production.
Once a custom order has entered production, changes may not be possible.
If we are able to accommodate a requested change after production has begun, additional costs or additional production time may apply.
Any requested modification must be confirmed by EpoxyTableLab before it becomes part of the order.
4. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered accepted only after payment requirements have been completed and EpoxyTableLab has confirmed the order.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Incorrect pricing
- Product availability issues
- Payment problems
- Suspected fraud
- Technical errors
- Inability to fulfill requested specifications
If we cancel an order that has already been paid, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Pricing
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price shown when the order is submitted and confirmed.
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated where required.
Any optional services or upgrades may involve additional charges.
6. Payment
Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.
Payment must be successfully processed according to the applicable order requirements before the order can proceed.
We may use third-party payment providers, including Shopify-supported payment services, to securely process transactions.
Payment information is handled in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.
7. Shipping and Delivery
EpoxyTableLab offers free standard curbside freight shipping to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States
The estimated total fulfillment timeline for standard orders is approximately:
45–55 business days
unless a different timeline is stated or agreed upon for a particular order.
This estimated timeline may include production, preparation, freight transportation, and delivery coordination.
All timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Custom furniture may experience delays due to production requirements, material availability, freight carrier schedules, weather, transportation conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Freight delivery is generally made to the closest safe and accessible location near the delivery address.
If narrow roads, steep terrain, construction, access restrictions, local regulations, or other conditions prevent the freight truck from reaching the property, delivery may be completed at the nearest safe and accessible location.
Standard curbside freight does not include inside delivery, assembly, room-of-choice placement, or white-glove service unless separately arranged.
8. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect the shipment and packaging as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If there is visible freight damage, customers should photograph:
- The packaging
- Shipping labels
- Damaged areas
- The product
- Any visible impact to the crate or carton
Customers should retain the original packaging when reporting a shipping-related claim.
Failure to provide sufficient documentation may make it more difficult for us to investigate a freight claim.
9. Returns and Eligible Product Issues
Because most EpoxyTableLab products are custom or made to order, they are generally not returnable for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with customization choices selected or approved by the customer
We will review claims involving:
- Confirmed shipping damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products
- Missing essential components
- Products materially different from confirmed order specifications
Eligible issues must generally be reported within:
15 calendar days after delivery.
To submit a claim, please contact:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Close-up photographs where applicable
- Video if helpful
- Packaging photographs for freight damage claims
Additional information may be requested as part of our review.
10. Return Authorization
Do not return oversized furniture without prior authorization from EpoxyTableLab.
All physical returns must be approved before shipment.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
If a return is approved because of confirmed shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, an incorrect product, a missing essential component, or another error attributable to EpoxyTableLab, we will arrange or cover reasonable approved return shipping costs.
Approved seller-fault returns are not subject to a restocking fee.
11. Remedies
Depending on the nature and severity of an eligible issue, EpoxyTableLab may provide an appropriate remedy such as:
- Replacement parts
- Repair assistance
- Local repair assistance
- Product replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund
- Authorized return
The appropriate resolution will depend on the circumstances of the claim.
Because our products are custom and made to order, standard exchanges are generally not offered.
12. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing generally begins within approximately:
5–8 business days after approval.
If a physical return is required, refund processing may begin after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Banks, credit card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time before the refund appears in the customer’s account.
13. Natural Material Variations
Wood is a natural material.
Differences in:
- Grain
- Color
- Knots
- Mineral markings
- Live-edge contours
- Texture
- Small natural checks
- Other natural characteristics
are expected.
Similarly, epoxy resin may show differences in:
- Tone
- Transparency
- Pattern
- Flow
- Depth
- Visual movement
These variations do not normally constitute manufacturing defects.
14. Warranty
EpoxyTableLab provides a 1-year limited warranty on eligible products, subject to the terms and exclusions stated in our Warranty Policy.
The warranty generally applies to qualifying manufacturing defects under normal intended use.
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from misuse, improper installation, improper care, accidents, environmental exposure, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or characteristics inherent to natural wood and handmade epoxy products.

15. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following reasonable care and maintenance practices.
Wood and epoxy furniture should generally be protected from:
- Excessive moisture
- Extreme temperature changes
- Prolonged direct sunlight
- Excessive heat
- Harsh chemicals
- Abrasive cleaning products
- Improper handling
Damage resulting from improper use or care may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
16. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, specifications, shipping information, and other website content accurate.
However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or modify website content when reasonably necessary.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of epoxytablelab.com, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, product designs, branding, logos, layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to EpoxyTableLab.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.

If you voluntarily submit photographs, reviews, testimonials, feedback, suggestions, or other content to EpoxyTableLab, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent content.

20. Shopify
EpoxyTableLab’s online store is powered by Shopify.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and EpoxyTableLab.
Shopify provides ecommerce technology and infrastructure but is not the seller of EpoxyTableLab products.
21. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted through Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our website, process payments, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.
