Shipping Costs
EpoxyTableLab offers free standard curbside freight delivery to eligible physical addresses within the contiguous United States.
Standard delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Certain remote or restricted-access locations may require special arrangements. Please contact our customer service team before placing your order if you are unsure whether your address is eligible for standard delivery.
Shipping Method
Because our epoxy tables and other furniture pieces are oversized and heavy, most orders are delivered by professional freight carriers.
Standard shipping includes curbside delivery only and does not include in-home placement, assembly, installation, stair carry, unpacking, or packaging removal.
The freight carrier may contact you by phone, text message, or email to arrange a delivery appointment or delivery window.
Product Packaging
Each order is carefully prepared for freight transportation using protective packaging appropriate for the size, weight, and design of the product.
Large furniture items may be secured in reinforced protective packaging or wooden crates to help reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

Most EpoxyTableLab made-to-order products have an estimated total fulfillment and delivery timeframe of:

This timeframe begins after all required order details, payment requirements, dimensions, material selections, customization choices, and applicable confirmations have been completed.
The 45–55 business day estimate includes production, inspection, packaging, freight preparation, transportation, and delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on product complexity, material availability, freight scheduling, destination, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order is ready for shipment, EpoxyTableLab will coordinate transportation using the delivery information provided with your order.

Receiving Your Order
Please inspect your shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If your product arrives with visible shipping damage, keep the original packaging, take clear photos of the product and packaging, and contact EpoxyTableLab promptly.
Eligible shipping-related issues should be reported within 15 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns & Refunds
EpoxyTableLab offers made-to-order and customized wood and epoxy furniture. Because each custom piece is produced according to customer-selected specifications, custom and made-to-order products are not eligible for return due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, personal preference, or customer-selected customization choices.
Returns are only considered for eligible product issues, including:
- Confirmed shipping damage
- Confirmed manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products
- Missing essential components
- Products that materially differ from the confirmed order specifications
Return Request Period
Eligible issues must be reported within 15 calendar days after delivery.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, clear photos of the product, close-up images of the affected area, and packaging photos for shipping-related claims. Video may also be requested when helpful.
Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Return Authorization
All physical returns require prior approval from EpoxyTableLab.
Do not ship oversized furniture back without authorization. If a return is required, we will provide the applicable return instructions and shipping arrangements.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
For approved returns involving confirmed shipping damage, a manufacturing defect, an incorrect product, missing essential components, or another error attributable to EpoxyTableLab, we will arrange or cover the reasonable approved return shipping cost.
Because buyer’s-remorse returns are not accepted for custom and made-to-order products, customer-paid return shipping for those returns does not apply.
Restocking Fees
There is no restocking fee for approved returns involving shipping damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect products, or other errors attributable to EpoxyTableLab.
Exchanges
Standard exchanges are not offered for custom and made-to-order products.
Eligible product issues may instead be resolved through repair, replacement parts, local repair assistance, product replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another approved remedy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–8 business days after approval.
If a physical return is required, refund processing generally begins after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Natural Material Variations
Solid wood and epoxy resin naturally vary in appearance.
Differences in wood grain, color, knots, mineral markings, live-edge contours, texture, small natural checks, resin tone, transparency, pattern, and visual movement are expected and are not considered defects unless they materially affect normal function or cause the finished product to substantially differ from the confirmed order specifications.
Q1: Will my table look exactly like the product photos?
A: Not exactly. Every piece of natural wood has its own grain, color, knots, live-edge shape, and other unique characteristics. Product photos are intended to show the overall style, while your finished table will have its own natural appearance.
Q2: What parts of the table can I customize?
A: Depending on the design, available customization options may include table size, wood characteristics, resin color, edge profile, corner style, surface finish, base design, and selected built-in power options.
Q3: Can I request a size that is not listed on the product page?
A: Yes. Custom dimensions may be available for many designs. Contact our team with your preferred length, width, height, and intended use, and we can review the request and provide a custom quote.

Every natural wood slab has its own grain, live edges, knots, tones, and other unique characteristics. For eligible custom orders, we can provide available slab options for your review before production. You may also choose your preferred epoxy color and general visual direction. These selections will then be incorporated into the design details prepared for your order.
Yes. Because our conference tables are made to order, the dimensions can be adjusted to better suit different rooms and seating requirements. Available shapes may include rectangular, oval, round, boat-shaped, L-shaped, U-shaped, and other custom layouts. If the size or configuration you need is not shown on the product page, contact us before ordering so we can review the specifications and confirm feasibility.
Certain conference table designs can be equipped with built-in power and cable-management solutions. Depending on the table and project requirements, options may include electrical outlets, USB charging ports, cable access points, and related connectivity features. Power module type and placement should be confirmed before production because they may require specific openings or modifications to the tabletop.
Logo customization is available for selected projects. The final result will depend on factors such as the artwork, logo dimensions, placement, tabletop design, and selected materials. Send us your logo file and preferred location during the design stage, and we will review the request and confirm the available options before production.
Before your table enters production, we will provide drawings outlining the key specifications of your custom order. Depending on the project, these may show table dimensions, tabletop shape, base style and position, epoxy layout, power module locations, and other requested features. Production begins after the required specifications and drawings have been reviewed and approved.
Large conference tables require additional delivery planning because of their size and weight. Depending on the design, the tabletop and base may be packed separately to improve protection during transportation and make handling easier at delivery. Please consider stairways, elevators, narrow hallways, loading docks, restricted building access, and other site conditions in advance. Curbside delivery and optional White Glove Delivery may be available depending on the delivery location and applicable service conditions.
For routine cleaning, use a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry the tabletop afterward. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, prolonged exposure to moisture, and excessive heat. Coasters, placemats, desk pads, and similar protective accessories can help reduce everyday surface wear. Because solid wood naturally reacts to changes in temperature and humidity, keeping the table in a reasonably stable indoor environment is recommended.
